They have millions of profiles some shared between all the companies. Most of the Internet dating services are set up to lure you into thinking you are going to meet your partner for life.

Guess what, wrong. They are a waste of time especially for most Asian girls living in Asia. The reality is that if you are an Asian women living in Asia the chances of locating a western man are really low. You have to be really lucky. Or, you need to have friends outside of Asia who can introduce you.

Since we opened this website in 2003, the whole dating industry has changed. Searches for the word asian dating on the Internet went from 4000 per month to well over 30,000 today alone.

My name is Josie and my husband Bob and I write this website. You can get a better feel for who I am by looking at our home page. I began reviewing 100's of Internet dating services in 1998. At the time I was seeking a marriage/life partner for myself. I lived in the Philippines and was a teacher. I was very successful with my review and met an American on the Internet and later married him in 1999.

Many of my friends wanted to do the same thing and so I started a small online site where they could go to see my reviews of internet dating services. Over time it has grown with many of my friends now married to western men in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Since I first began my personal search in 1998, I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I used to list here over 10 Internet dating services that I thought were good to send Asian women to so they might have success finding a western friend. Today I list only one.
